As Little Cooking as Possible™ started in 2018 as a creative endeavor of its owner, Elisa. The name was a joke between her and her husband; this is about all the things that she would rather do than cooking.

As the years have passed, As Little Cooking as Possible™ has grown into a business that specializes in unique and sustainably produced paper products, such as high quality screen prints, and various other illustrated goods.

The style is minimalist but detailed – inspired both by Elisa’s roots in Finland as well as the surrounding nature and wilderness in Vermont and beyond.
